The mission is simple:
  • To train, strengthen, and prepare civilians before crisis arrives.
  • Safer societies are not built only by laws, uniforms, and emergency systems.
  • They are also built by prepared people. And prepared people do not wait for reality to become worse before they take responsibility.
  • The purpose of the “WeTrain Platform” is to provide selected training leaders with a unique instruction specialization: concepts, methods, drills, tools, and educational direction that encourage, assist, and upgrade them to train, strengthen, and prepare their own civilian population for the security reality of today.
The “WeTrain Platform” is global in vision, while Europe is the first operational focus of the Wake-Up Europe! Call!

Europe is entering a new security reality!

  • For decades, many European societies have enjoyed a lifestyle built on stability, comfort, freedom of movement, tourism, economic opportunity, and public trust. This reality has created enormous social and economic value.
  • However, the world around Europe has changed, and the level of civilian preparedness has not evolved at the same speed.
  • Recent geopolitical changes, demographic pressure, economic instability, cultural friction, violent crime, terrorism threats, public disorder, and modern catastrophes have created new security and safety challenges that affect ordinary civilians directly.
  • These challenges are no longer distant events happening somewhere else.
  • They are increasingly present in the daily life of European cities, communities, families, schools, public spaces, transport systems, tourism areas, and commercial environments.
  • This is not a fantasy.
  • It is a reality Europe has been experiencing for years.
  • The problem is not only the existence of threats. The deeper problem is that many civilians are mentally and physically unprepared to recognize, avoid, mitigate, or overcome them.
  • For too long, civilian populations have been encouraged to depend almost entirely on official systems, police forces, emergency services, and government response structures.
  • These institutions remain essential, and they must be respected and supported.
  • However, they cannot be everywhere, at any moment, for every person.
  • In the first seconds of a violent incident, a crisis, or a dangerous encounter, the civilian is often alone.
  • That first moment matters.
  • A person with awareness, confidence, self-control, and basic preparedness may avoid becoming a victim.
  • A person without those qualities may freeze, panic, make poor decisions, or expose others to additional danger.
  • This is why civilian strengthening is no longer a luxury.
  • It is becoming a social necessity.

Europe does not need fear. Europe needs preparation!

  • The objective is not to militarize society, create paranoia, or turn ordinary citizens into fighters.
  • The objective is to help people become more aware, confident, resilient, and capable of protecting themselves, their families, and their communities when life demands it.
  • This requires a new type of education.
  • Not only physical training.
  • Not only martial arts.
  • Not only self-defense techniques.
  • Europe needs a broader model of mental and physical strengthening, based on awareness, prevention, confidence, discipline, emotional control, initiative-taking attitude, basic protection concepts, and practical response under pressure.

The reality of today demands civilians who can:

  • Observe better.
  • Think more clearly.
  • Move smarter.
  • Control fear.
  • Avoid unnecessary danger.
  • Act correctly when action becomes necessary.

This is the foundation of the “WeTrain Platform” and the reason

 for the Wake-Up Europe! campaign.

he International Security Academy – Group is once again raising awareness regarding the security reality developing across Europe and worldwide.

Recent demographic changes, geopolitical instability, cultural friction, social tension, violent crime, terrorism threats, and modern catastrophes are creating new challenges for civilian populations. These challenges are no longer limited to official security forces, law enforcement, or government institutions.

They affect ordinary people. They affect families. They affect communities. They affect schools, public spaces, transport systems, tourism areas, commercial centers, and daily civilian life.

Based on decades of accumulated Israeli experience in security, protection, counter-terrorism awareness, and civilian preparedness, the International Security Academy – Group believes that the civilian population must become more aware, more resilient, and better prepared for the reality of today and the reality that is coming.

We intend our “WAKE UP CALL” to Women with a winners’ mindset, local patriot inhabitants, with community-minded who understand the urgent need to prepare the entire society for violent crime, terrorism encounters, modern catastrophes, intimidation, and high-pressure situations.

This is why the “WeTrain Platform” was created.

  • The vision is to share accumulated Israeli expertise with selected training leaders worldwide through a unique, practical, and “out of the box” professional framework.
  • The concept is simple but powerful.
  • Every country already has people who train others.
  • Every city has clubs.
  • Every neighborhood has instructors.
  • Every community has local leaders who influence, educate, and prepare others.
  • What is missing is not motivation.
  • What is missing is a structured, professional, and internationally guided platform that can transform those local training leaders into civilian preparedness instructors, coaches, and mentors.

“WeTrain Platform” exists to fill that gap.

  • The mission is simple: To train, strengthen, and prepare civilians before crisis arrives.
  • Safer societies are not built only by laws, uniforms, and emergency systems.
  • They are also built by prepared people.
  • Prepared people are more aware.
  • Prepared people are more confident.
  • Prepared people make better decisions under pressure.
  • Prepared people do not wait for reality to become worse before they take responsibility.
  • The purpose of the “WeTrain Platform” is to provide selected training leaders with a unique instruction specialization: concepts, methods, drills, tools, and educational direction that encourage, assist, and upgrade them to train, strengthen, and prepare their own civilian population for the security reality of today.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” is not a political movement.
  • It is not a religious movement.
  • It is not a movement of fear.
  • It is a professional and human mission designed to support civilian preparedness, community resilience, and responsible local leadership.
  • Its vision is global.
  • Its first operational focus is Europe.

OUR MESSAGE IS CLEAR  :

Wake Up Europe!

DONT LET NOBODY TERRORIZE US!!!

  • Women are central to the mission of the “WeTrain Platform” because they hold a unique and powerful position in the education, protection, and strengthening of society.
  • From the beginning of human life, women have played a decisive role in shaping the values, confidence, behavior, emotional stability, and personal strength of the next generation.
  • A mother does not only feed a child with food.
  • She also feeds the child with values, courage, discipline, awareness, confidence, and attitude toward life.
  • This influence is one of the most powerful forces in any society.
  • For this reason, the “WeTrain Platform” sees women not only as participants, but as instructors, coaches, mentors, educators, and pioneers of civilian strengthening.
  • In the security reality of today, women cannot be positioned only as potential victims.
  • That approach is weak, outdated, and incomplete.
  • Women must be recognized as active contributors to the safety, resilience, and preparedness of their families, communities, and countries.
The concept of the “WeTrain Platform” is based on strengthening people from within. Women are naturally positioned to multiply this effect because they often influence families, children, schools, communities, and social environments in ways that go far beyond the training mat.

When a woman becomes stronger, the impact does not remain only with her.

  • It influences her children.
  • It influences her family.
  • It influences her community.
  • It influences the way people around her understand confidence, awareness, boundaries, courage, and personal responsibility.

This is why women must be at the heart of the “WeTrain Platform”.

  • Women are often driven by protection, emotion, intuition, and responsibility toward those they love.
  • These qualities are not weaknesses.
  • They are powerful tools when combined with training, awareness, discipline, and confidence.
  • The modern security reality requires emotional intelligence, awareness, perception, prevention, communication, discipline, and the ability to read human behavior.
  • These qualities are essential in civilian preparedness.
  • Physical techniques are important, but they are not enough.
  • Real preparation also requires the ability to recognize danger early, avoid unnecessary confrontation, calm others under pressure, and make intelligent decisions in moments of stress.
  • Women can become powerful educators in this field.
  • They can lead specific training groups for women, children, families, and communities.
  • They can help people develop confidence without aggression, strength without arrogance, and preparedness without fear.
  • This is especially important because many women do not want to enter a traditional martial arts environment where the focus is only fighting, impact, competition, or physical dominance.

The “WeTrain Platform” offers a broader and more relevant approach:

  • Mental and physical strengthening.
  • Security awareness.
  • Self-confidence.
  • Prevention.
  • Protection preparedness.
  • Practical response under pressure.

Women should not be forced into training models designed only around male strength, male aggression, or male physical culture.

  • They need a training environment that respects their reality, their concerns, their strengths, their psychology, and their social influence.
  • That does not mean lowering standards. It means applying the correct method.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” aims to prepare women to become capable, confident, assertive, aware, and proactive.
  • Some will train for personal safety.
  • Some will train to protect their families.
  • Some will become instructors.
  • Some will become coaches.
  • Some will become mentors.
  • Some will become leaders in their communities.
  • All of them can become part of a stronger civilian society.
As a first step, the “WeTrain Platform” seeks to encourage and support capable women across Europe to become instructors, coaches, and mentors who can help strengthen their own local civilian population.
  • This is not only about personal empowerment.
  • It is also about social contribution.
  • It is about preparing women who can inspire others, guide others, and help build a more aware, more confident, and more resilient society.
  • Europe needs women who refuse to let fear, violence, intimidation, or social instability define their future.
  • Europe needs women who continue to defend their freedom, dignity, families, and way of life through preparation, confidence, and action.

The “WeTrain Platform” gives them the structure to do it.

Not as victims, As leaders!

Women are not a symbolic part of the “WeTrain Platform”, They are not a marketing theme, they are not an accessory to a male-led training model, they are the central educational and operational force of the “WeTrain Platform” mission.

The “WeTrain Platform” must be understood as a women-centered training platform, operating under the professional standards, doctrine, and guidance of International Security Academy – Group.

  • The objective is not only to train women as participants, but the objective is also to prepare capable women to become instructors, coaches, mentors, educators, and local leaders of civilian preparedness.
  • This is a decisive point, the “WeTrain Platform” is not designed to become another ordinary self-defense network where men stand at the front, women are placed in the background, and the message of female strengthening becomes only a promotional slogan.
  • The doctrine is different, Women must play the first role, The woman instructor is not a secondary assistant, she is not only the person who demonstrates techniques, She is not only present to make the program look inclusive, She must become the visible educational and operational leader of the training activity, This does not mean that men are excluded from the “WeTrain Platform”.
  • Men can and should participate when they understand the correct role, Men may become founders, sponsors, operators, club owners, coordinators, organizers, promoters, and strategic supporters of the “WeTrain Platform”
    • A man may own the club.
    • A man may provide the facility.
    • A man may finance the activity.
    • A man may organize the system.
    • A man may promote the project.
    • A man may connect the platform with clubs, associations, professionals, and communities.
    • A man may supervise logistics, administration, marketing, and local development.
  • But the certified training activity must be built around at least one qualified female instructor trained through the official ISA / WeTrain methodology.
  • This is the core of the women-led training center model, The man can help build the stage, The woman must stand on it, this distinction protects the identity of the platform.
  • It prevents WeTrain from becoming a personal badge-membership project for individuals who only want recognition, status, or affiliation.
  • “WeTrain Platform” is not created for people who want a logo beside their name.
  • It is created for serious training centers, clubs, instructors, and operators who are willing to build local civilian preparedness through a female-led educational model.
  • The status does not belong first to individual ambition; The status belongs to the training structure.
  • The structure must include the correct doctrine, the correct methodology, the correct facility or training environment, and at least one qualified female instructor prepared to represent the WeTrain mission.
  • This requirement is not decorative, It is strategic.
  • Women are central because they multiply influence inside society, A trained woman may influence other women.
    • She may influence children.
    • She may influence families.
    • She may influence schools, communities, neighborhoods, and civilian culture.
    • She may reach people who would never enter a traditional martial arts environment led only by male aggression, male ego, or male physical dominance.
    • She may create confidence without arrogance.
    • She may transmit preparedness without fear.
    • She may teach strength without turning the training environment into violence.
  • She may help civilians understand that preparation is not paranoia, Preparation is responsibility.
  • For this reason, the “WeTrain Platform” must create conditions where women are not only invited but prepared to lead.
  • A woman instructor inside the “WeTrain Platform” must be trained to deliver more than physical techniques.
  • She must understand the broader doctrine of civilian strengthening.
  • She must learn how to transmit awareness, prevention, emotional control, confidence, discipline, initiative, protection preparedness, and practical response under pressure.
  • She must be able to work with women, families, children, young adults, professionals, and community groups.
  • She must be able to inspire people who are afraid, passive, insecure, or disconnected from the idea of training.
  • She must be able to educate without creating panic.
  • She must be able to strengthen without creating aggression.

This is why the “WeTrain Platform” requires a serious instructor preparation process.

  • A club that wants to become part of WeTrain cannot simply declare itself part of the mission.
  • It must demonstrate that it is willing to adopt the women-centered philosophy and prepare at least one capable female instructor under the official methodology.
  • This female instructor becomes the public and operational reference of the program inside that club.
  • The club may remain independent.
  • The club may keep its name, identity, style, students, and existing activities.
  • But if it wants to be recognized as a WeTrain Training Center, it must accept the doctrine:
  • Women are the visible training leaders of the WeTrain mission.
  • This creates a clear and powerful message to the public.
  • A WeTrain Training Center is not only a place where people learn to fight.
  • It is not only a place where people do sport.
  • It is not only a place where self-defense techniques are repeated.
  • It is a local base for civilian strengthening, led by qualified instructors, with women positioned at the heart of the educational mission.

The “WeTrain Platform” must therefore avoid language that creates false expectations.

  • It should not be presented as open personal membership for anyone who wants to join.
  • It should not sell status without structure.
  • It should not create the impression that any interested person can automatically become a representative of the platform.
  • It must attract the right people, filter the wrong expectations, and protect the professional identity of the mission.
  • The correct message is simple:
  • The “WeTrain Platform” is a women-led training center platform, It operates under ISA standards, It prepares selected training leaders to strengthen civilians.
  • Certified centers must include at least one qualified female instructor trained through the official methodology.
  • Men can participate, but they must support the structure rather than replace the woman-centered identity of the project.
  • This is not exclusion, It is direction, It is not ideology against men, It is a strategic decision in favor of the mission.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” needs men and women who understand that the future of civilian preparedness cannot be built only by force, ego, or individual status.
  • It must be built through education, trust, local leadership, family influence, community responsibility, and professional standards.
  • Women are central because they can carry this mission deep into society, this is the doctrine.
  • Not women as
  • Not women as
  • Not women as
  • Women as leaders.
  • Women as instructors.
  • Women as coaches.
  • Women as mentors.
  • Women as educators of a stronger civilian society.

The mission of the “WeTrain Platform” cannot be achieved only through speeches, documents, media campaigns, or online promotion.

Civilian strengthening requires direct contact with people, it requires instructors. It requires clubs.

It requires local training environments where people already gather, learn, practice, improve, and build discipline.

This is why martial arts clubs, sport clubs, self-defense clubs, security training schools, and local training providers are the natural delivery channel for the “WeTrain Platform”.

Every country already has thousands of clubs and instructors active inside their communities. These clubs already possess several important advantages:

  • Physical space.
  • Training culture.
  • Local trust.
  • Existing students.
  • Community presence.
  • Instructors who are used to leading groups.

The “WeTrain Platform” does not need to build this infrastructure from zero, the infrastructure already exists. The mission is to upgrade it.

  • A martial arts club should not be limited only to teaching techniques, belts, competition, or physical conditioning.
  • A self-defense club should not be limited only to fighting scenarios. A sport club should not be limited only to fitness.
  • These places can become centers of civilian preparedness, personal strengthening, awareness, confidence, and community resilience.
  • Through the “WeTrain Platform”, local clubs can expand their role and offer a new, relevant program adapted to the security reality of today.
  • They can attract women, families, professionals, young adults, community members, and people who may not be interested in traditional martial arts, but who understand the need to become more aware, more confident, and more prepared.
  • This creates value for the population. It also creates value for the club.
  • This is a powerful professional upgrade.
A club that joins the “WeTrain Platform” gains the opportunity to differentiate itself in a competitive market. It can position itself not only as a place to train the body, but as a local center for mental and physical strengthening, security awareness, protection preparedness, and civilian resilience.

The “WeTrain Platform” model is based on a simple principle:

  • Local people trust local instructors.
  • A local instructor understands the language, the culture, the streets, the mentality, the concerns, and the reality of his or her community.
  • This local knowledge cannot be replaced by outside instruction alone.
  • It must be supported, guided, and upgraded, but the final delivery must remain local.
  • This is why the “WeTrain Platform” works through local training leaders.
  • The instructor becomes the messenger. The club becomes the base. The community becomes stronger.
  • This structure allows the “WeTrain Platform” to grow in a realistic and scalable way.
  • One central team cannot train on an entire continent. But thousands of prepared instructors, operating through their own local clubs, can influence families, neighborhoods, cities, and countries over time.
  • This is the strength of the “WeTrain Platform”.
  • It does not centralize everything. It multiplies capability.
  • Each club can maintain its identity, style, culture, students, and local character. The “WeTrain Platform” adds a new layer of value: Israeli-based concepts, methods, drills, tools, and educational direction designed to prepare civilians for violent crime, terrorism encounters, modern catastrophes, intimidation, and high-pressure situations.
  • The objective is not to turn every club into the same club.
  • The objective is to give different clubs a shared mission, shared language, and shared professional standards.
  • This shared standard allows clubs to remain independent while becoming part of a larger civilian preparedness movement. It allows instructors to continue serving their communities while gaining access to a broader professional framework, international guidance, and a more meaningful mission.
  • In the security reality of today, training clubs can no longer be seen only as places for sport, competition, fitness, or personal hobbies.

They can become essential civilian preparedness centers.

A serious club can become a place where people learn how to avoid danger, control fear, protect their families, respond under pressure, and refuse to become victims.

This is the role the “WeTrain Platform” gives to clubs:

  • Doctrine.
  • Structure.
  • Mission.
  • Professional identity.
  • A practical way to contribute to the strengthening of society.

The objective of the “WeTrain Platform” is not to replace local clubs or change their identity.

The objective is to upgrade, support, and connect them under a common training philosophy based on:

  • Mental and physical strengthening.
  • Security awareness.
  • Protection preparedness.
  • Self-confidence.
  • Inner strength.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Practical response under pressure.

In this sense, the “WeTrain Platform” is not only a training centers platform, but also a movement of civilian preparedness.

It is a platform of professional instruction created to give local instructors the ability to deliver more than ordinary training.

The “WeTrain Platform” approach is based on the understanding that modern threats cannot be answered only with physical force.

Violence, intimidation, street crime, social disorder, terrorism encounters, and modern catastrophes require a broader type of preparation.

Through the “WeTrain Platform”, a martial arts club can become more than a place where people learn techniques. It can become a local center of confidence, awareness, discipline, preparedness, personal transformation, and community resilience.

Civilians must learn how to:

  • Observe.
  • Avoid.
  • Assess.
  • Decide.
  • Communicate.
  • Move.
  • Escape.
  • Protect.
  • Recover.

That requires training of the body, it also requires training of the mind.

Therefore, the “WeTrain Platform” combines physical preparedness with mental resilience, emotional control, situational awareness, leadership attitude, personal responsibility, and practical security education.

The purpose is not to create aggressive people; The purpose is to create capable people.

Capable people do not look for violence. They know how to avoid danger, when possible, face pressure when necessary, and protect themselves and others when there is no alternative.

This is why the “WeTrain Platform” focuses on instructors, coaches, and mentors.

They are the force multipliers.

  • One instructor can influence one club.
  • One club can influence one neighborhood.
  • One neighborhood can influence one city.
  • Over time, this creates a stronger civilian population.

The “WeTrain Platform” gives training providers a new professional mission:

  • To be leaders.
  • To be instructors.
  • To be coaches.
  • To be mentors.
  • To train, strengthen, and prepare their local civilian population for the security challenges of the present and the future.
This mission is not political, religious, ethnic, or ideological, it is human, social, and professional.

The “WeTrain Platform” is open to local patriot inhabitants who care about their society, respect their country, and want to contribute to a safer and stronger civilian environment. The WeTrain Platform is the structure that allows local training leaders to become part of that solution.

Europe does not need more fear; Europe needs more prepared citizens.

The “WeTrain Platform” is designed for local training leaders who understand that the security reality has changed and that civilian preparedness must become part of modern education.

This program is not intended only for people who want to learn techniques for themselves.

It is designed for those who want to lead, teach, influence, and strengthen others.

The “WeTrain Platform” is intended for:

  • Martial arts club operators.
  • Sport club operators.
  • Self-defense instructors.
  • Security training schools.
  • Security and protection companies.
  • Protection practitioners.
  • Coaches.
  • Mentors.
  • Local training providers who wish to expand their mission beyond traditional training.

The “WeTrain Platform” gives that instructor a broader educational framework based on:

  • Mental and physical strengthening.
  • Security awareness.
  • Protection preparedness.
  • Emotional control.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Practical civilian response.
  • It is intended also for women with a winners’ mindset, local patriot inhabitants, and community-minded individuals who understand the urgent need to prepare society for violent crime, terrorism encounters, modern catastrophes, intimidation, and high-pressure situations.
  • The ideal candidate is not defined only by physical ability. The ideal candidate is defined by attitude.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” is for people who care about their country, their community, their families, and the future of civilian life in Europe.
  • It is for those who refuse to remain passive while fear, violence, instability, and confusion weaken society.
  • The program is especially relevant for those who already contribute to the training, education, protection, or strengthening of others and wish to inspire more people to do the same.
  • A boxing coach, Krav Maga instructor, judo teacher, fitness coach, security trainer, women’s self-defense instructor, or protection practitioner may already have strong technical knowledge.

This is the professional upgrade.

  • The “WeTrain Platform” is also for club owners who want to differentiate themselves in a competitive market.
  • Many clubs teach techniques. Many clubs teach fitness. Many clubs teach fighting.
  • Few clubs teach civilians how to become stronger, calmer, more aware, more responsible, and more prepared for the reality of today.
  • A club that joins the “WeTrain Platform” becomes part of a wider mission.
  • It becomes a local base for civilian strengthening.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” is especially suitable for professionals who understand that there is never an end to advancement and training.
  • True professionalism is expressed through the ongoing pursuit of knowledge, the willingness to improve, and the desire to acquire a wider range of tools in order to serve others better.
  • However, the “WeTrain Platform” is not for everyone. It is not for people who want to promote violence.
  • It is not for people who bring political, religious, ethnic, or ideological conflict into the training environment. It is not for people who want to use fear as a marketing tool.
  • It is not for instructors who believe that self-defense is only about aggression, ego, or physical domination.
  • To achieve the objectives of the platform, the “WeTrain Platform” must remain free from unnecessary barriers such as religion, language, political differences, nationality, or cultural background.
  • These issues must not be brought to the table when the mission is the strengthening and preparation of civilians.
  • The only relevant question is whether the participant is willing to contribute professionally to the safety, confidence, resilience, and preparedness of the civilian population.
  • The platform welcomes local patriot inhabitants from different backgrounds who respect the country where they live and want to contribute positively to its security, stability, and social resilience.
  • A local patriot inhabitant does not need to be born in the country.
  • What matters is that he or she cares about the country, respects its people, understands its reality, and wants to help strengthen society from within.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” is for those who understand that preparation is responsibility.
  • It is for those who want to become leaders, instructors, coaches, mentors, and messengers of a stronger civilian culture.
  • It is for those who believe that clubs can become more than places of sport.
  • They can become places where people learn how not to become victims.

The “WeTrain Platform” is built on few clear principles:

Quality before quantity

  • The platform is not designed for mass participation without standards. It is designed to identify, select, support, and upgrade serious training leaders who can represent the mission, values, expertise and professional reputation of the International Security Academy – Group.
  • For this reason, joining the “WeTrain Platform” is not automatic.
  • Applicants must demonstrate the right attitude, background, discipline, communication ability, leadership potential, and commitment to civilian strengthening.

  • The objective is to protect the quality of the platform, the credibility of the certificates, and the trust of the civilian population.

  • Basic physical and mental evaluation.
  • Assessment of communication and teaching ability.
  • Review of attitude, humility, responsibility, and leadership potential.
  • The purpose of the suitability process is not to create “ninjas” in a few days.
  • The purpose is to identify the right people.
  • A candidate may be physically strong but not suitable to represent the platform.
  • A candidate may have many years of training but lack the correct attitude.
  • A candidate may be technically skilled but unable to teach civilians responsibly.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” must select people who can represent the mission with maturity, discipline, and professional integrity.

Different Levels of Participation

  • Not every applicant needs to enter at the same level.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” may create different participation levels, such as:
  • Club Member: A club accepted into the “WeTrain Platform’s network”.
  • Assistant Instructor Candidate: A participant preparing to support certified instructors.
  • Instructor Candidate: A participant entering the selection and preparation process.
  • Certified Instructor / Coach / Mentor: A qualified training leader authorized to deliver approved “WeTrain Platform” content.
  • Affiliated WeTrain Platform Club: A club recognized as a local civilian preparedness center.
  • Regional Representative: A highly trusted and experienced member authorized to support development in a specific area, country, or region.
  • This structure allows growth without losing control.
  • It also allows the platform to support promising candidates while maintaining high standards for official certification.

Grounds for Refusal or Removal

  • The “WeTrain Platform reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any applicant, instructor, club, or representative who damages the mission, reputation, safety, or professional standards of the platform.
  • This may include:
  • Promotion of violence, hatred, extremism, racism, or political/religious conflict.
  • Criminal or unethical conduct.
  • Misuse of the “WeTrain Platform” name, logo, certificate, or methodology.
  • Unsafe training practices.
  • False claims of certification or authority.
  • Refusal to follow the approved methodology.
  • Aggressive, arrogant, abusive, or irresponsible behavior toward students.
  • Failure to maintain annual refreshment or professional continuity.
  • The name “WeTrain Platform” must represent credibility, seriousness, preparation, and trust.
  • For that reason, standards must be protected.

Final Principle

  • The “WeTrain Platform” is open to serious people.
  • But it is not open to everyone.
  • The platform is looking for local patriot inhabitants, responsible club leaders, disciplined instructors, capable women and men, coaches, mentors, and training providers who understand that civilian preparedness is a responsibility.
  • Those who join must be ready to represent something larger than themselves.
  • They must be ready to protect the reputation of the International Security Academy – Group.
  • They must be ready to uphold the standards of the “WeTrain Platform”.
  • They must be ready to train, strengthen, and prepare civilians before crisis arrives.
Quality before quantity, Standards before popularity, Responsibility before recognition!

The “Hishul Method” is the foundation of the Israeli preparatory training doctrine used within the “WeTrain Platform”. Its purpose is to help civilians, instructors, coaches, mentors, and training leaders develop the inner strength required to mitigate and overcome violent crime, modern catastrophes, terrorism encounters, intimidation, and high-pressure situations in the 21st Century.

  • The word “Hishul Method” carries the idea of strengthening, hardening, tempering, and preparing something so it becomes stronger under pressure.
  • It is similar to the process of treating metal, so it becomes more resistant, more durable, and more capable of withstanding force.
  • Applied to human beings, the “Hishul Method” means the development of inner strength.
  • Inner strength is one of the most important characteristics of successful people. It is the foundation of a protector, a leader, an instructor, a coach, and a mentor.
  • Only those who possess inner strength can lead others from within and continue functioning when reality becomes difficult.

This is not ordinary motivation. It is not only positive thinking. It is not only physical fitness. It is not only martial arts.

The “Hishul Method” is the combined development of:

  • Mental strength.
  • Physical capacity.
  • Emotional control.
  • Confidence.
  • Awareness.
  • Discipline.
  • Self Esteem.
  • The ability to function under pressure.
  • A person with inner strength does not depend only on external conditions to feel safe, confident, or capable.
  • He or she develops the ability to observe reality, understand risk, make decisions, control fear, avoid unnecessary danger, and act correctly when action becomes necessary.
  • This is the type of strength that modern civilians need.
  • The “Hishul Method” defines inner strength as the ability to withstand adverse situations through mental and physical fitness, situational awareness, readiness, and willingness to persist in difficult moments.
  • It is the balance between a strong mind, a prepared body, and a spirit capable of continuing when others freeze, panic, or surrender.
  • It is the combination of the Athenian spirit and the Spartan physical toughness.
  • The Athenian spirit represents intelligence, awareness, judgment, values, and the ability to think clearly.
  • The Spartan toughness represents discipline, endurance, resilience, and the ability to act under pressure.
  • Together, they create the type of civilian strength that the “Hishul Method” seeks to develop.
  • The security reality of today demands more than physical reaction.
  • A punch, a kick, or a defensive technique may be useful in certain moments, but real self-protection begins much earlier.
  • It begins with awareness. It begins with attitude.
  • It begins with the ability to read a situation, avoid the wrong place, identify abnormal behavior, control emotion, and choose the safest course of action before violence begins.
  • Walking on the illuminated side of the street instead of entering a dark area can be considered self-defense.
  • Recognizing a threat before it reaches you can be considered a proactive self-defense attitude.
  • Leaving a dangerous environment early can reduce the possibility of violence.
  • Controlling panic during a crisis can be the result of proper preparation.
  • Protecting your family through preparation, not improvisation, can become the required prevention.
  • This is why the “Hishul Method” does not reduce civilian preparedness to fight.
  • Fighting is only one small part of the broader mission. The deeper mission is to strengthen the person from within.
  • The “Hishul Method” develops the qualities that allow civilians to become more capable in daily life and more prepared in moments of crisis:
  • Self-awareness.
  • Self-esteem.
  • Self-confidence.
  • Inner strength.
  • Assertiveness.
  • Initiative-taking attitude.
  • Situational awareness.
  • Mental resilience.
  • Physical readiness.
  • Emotional control.
  • Personal responsibility.

The “Hishul Method” uses practical training, simulations, drills, coaching methods, body language awareness, teamwork exercises, protection concepts, and Israeli tactical education to create a powerful learning experience.

  • The purpose is to expose participants to controlled pressure, so they can develop confidence, resilience, and better functioning when real pressure appears.
  • This is one of the most important principles of the method.
  • Training must prepare the person before the crisis arrives.
  • The Israeli approach to preparedness is based on the understanding that people function better under real danger when they have already experienced controlled stress, practical drills, and realistic simulations.
  • This type of training acts like a vaccine.
  • A controlled dose of difficulty strengthens the system without destroying it, so the person becomes better prepared to face greater pressure in the future.
  • This is not training for violence. It is training for life.

The “Hishul Method” prepares people to avoid becoming victims of fear, aggression, intimidation, confusion, or paralysis.

It gives them the tools to stand stronger, think clearer, move better, and take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those they care about.

For the “Hishul Method”, inner strength is not a slogan, It is the operational foundation of civilian preparedness.

The “Hishul Method” teaches a complete system of Mental and physical strengthening designed to prepare civilians for the security reality of today.

The objective is not to create fighters; The objective is to create capable people.

Capable people are aware, confident, disciplined, proactive, and able to function under pressure. They know how to avoid danger, when possible, how to react when necessary, and how to protect themselves and others when there is no alternative.

For this reason, the “Hishul Method” combines several layers of training, education, and practical experience.

The first layer is mental strengthening.

Participants learn how to develop self-awareness, self-esteem, self-confidence, inner strength, emotional control, resilience, and a proactive attitude. They learn that fear is not defeated by slogans, but by preparation, repetition, exposure to controlled pressure, and the gradual development of competence.

The second layer is situational awareness.

Participants learn how to observe their environment, identify abnormal behavior, recognize early signs of danger, understand distance, movement, exits, vulnerable areas, and the difference between safe and unsafe positioning. They learn that many dangerous situations can be avoided before they become physical.

The third layer is prevention and avoidance.

The “Hishul Method” teaches that the best self-defense is often the intelligent decision made before confrontation begins. Avoiding a dark street, leaving an unstable environment, recognizing suspicious behavior, controlling personal routines, protecting family movement, and maintaining distance from danger are all part of real civilian preparedness.

The fourth layer is communication and behavior.

Participants learn how body language, voice, posture, attitude, and emotional control can influence a situation. They learn how to avoid unnecessary escalation, how to set boundaries, how to project confidence without arrogance, and how to remain calm when others lose control.

The fifth layer is physical preparedness.

Physical conditioning is essential because the body must support the mind under stress. Participants improve coordination, balance, movement, endurance, reaction, basic strength, and the capacity to continue functioning when tired, pressured, or afraid.

The sixth layer is practical self-defense.

This includes simple, direct, and realistic responses to common violent situations. The focus is not on complicated techniques or sport performance. The focus is on survival, escape, protection of the body, protection of family members, and creating the opportunity to move away from danger.

The seventh layer is Israeli tactical education.

Participants are introduced to Israeli protection concepts, methods, drills, and tactical thinking related to awareness, preparedness, response to violent attacks, protection behavior, crisis functioning, and decision-making under pressure.

These methods are not taught as theory alone. They are translated into practical training experiences that ordinary civilians can understand and apply.

The eighth layer is crisis behavior and modern catastrophes.

The program addresses the reality that civilians may face not only street violence, but also terrorism encounters, public disorder, accidents, emergencies, and chaotic situations in public places.

Participants learn the importance of movement, cover, escape routes, family coordination, decision-making, and maintaining control during confusion.

The ninth layer is leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

For instructors, coaches, and club leaders, the “Hishul Method” also teaches how to transmit the methodology to others.

The instructor must not only demonstrate techniques. He or she must know how to educate, motivate, correct, inspire, lead groups, manage fear, create confidence, and adapt training to different populations.

The tenth layer is community strengthening.

The “Hishul Method” teaches that civilian preparedness is not only individual.

  • A stronger individual can influence a family.
  • A stronger family can influence a community.
  • A stronger community can influence society.
This is why the program prepares instructors and clubs
to become local centers of positive influence.
  • The “Hishul Method” combines practical drills, simulations, group exercises, team-building tasks, body language work, pressure-based training, coaching tools, psychological solutions, emotional resiliency training, and structured educational content.
  • The purpose is to create a realistic but controlled training experience.
  • Participants must not only hear about pressure.
  • They must feel controlled pressure.
  • They must learn how their body reacts, how their mind reacts, how fear influences decision-making, and how preparation allows them to recover control.
  • This is what makes the program different.
  • The “Hishul Method” does not offer abstract theory or decorative certificates. It offers practical preparation, direct experience, and a training process designed to produce real personal change.
  • The goal is to give participants unforgettable practical experience.
  • Not only to teach them what to do, but to make them feel the difference between weakness and preparedness, fear and confidence, passivity and responsibility.
  • Participants should leave the program with stronger confidence, better awareness, improved self-control, greater ability to function under pressure, and a deeper understanding of their own inner strength.

This is what the “Hishul Method” teaches:

A stronger body.

A clearer mind.

A prepared civilian.

A safer society.

The “WeTrain Platform” is designed to give instructors and clubs a clear professional upgrade.

  • A club that joins the “WeTrain Platform” does not lose its identity.
  • It does not need to stop teaching martial arts, fitness, self-defense, Krav Maga, boxing, judo, or any other existing activity.
  • The club keeps its own character, its own students, its own culture, and its own local presence.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” adds a new layer.
  • It gives the club a structured civilian preparedness program based on mental and physical strengthening, security awareness, protection preparedness, Israeli tactical “SECRET” education, and practical response under pressure.
  • This allows the club to become more than a place where people train.
  • It becomes a local center for strengthening civilians.
  • For the club, this creates a powerful new professional position in the community.
  • Instead of competing only through price, location, equipment, or fighting style, the club can offer something deeper and more relevant to the reality of today: a program that prepares people to become more aware, confident, resilient, and capable of protecting themselves and their families.
  • The club receives a recognized “WeTrain Platform” framework that can be introduced to existing students and to new audiences, including:
  • Women.
  • Families.
  • Professionals.
  • Young adults.
  • Community groups.
  • People who may not normally join a traditional martial arts environment.
  • This is important because many civilians do not want to become fighters.
  • But they do want to feel safer.
  • They do want to become more confident.
  • They do want to learn how to avoid danger, recognize threats, protect their children, respond under pressure, and stop feeling helpless in the face of violence or instability.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” helps the club reach those people.
  • For the individual instructor, coach, or mentor, the WeTrain Platform provides concepts, methods, drills, tools, and educational direction that go beyond technical self-defense.

The instructor learns how to teach:

  • Awareness.
  • Confidence.
  • Attitude.
  • Emotional control.
  • Prevention.
  • Decision-making.
  • Body language.
  • Movement.
  • Practical civilian response.
  • This transforms the instructor from a technical trainer into a stronger educator.
  • A “WeTrain Platform” instructor is not only someone who demonstrates techniques.
  • A “WeTrain Platform” instructor learns how to strengthen people.
  • The instructor receives a professional pathway that may include selection, preparatory training, suitability assessment, certification, annual refreshment, and continuous development.
  • This creates credibility and gives the instructor a structured identity inside the platform.
  • The club may receive a “WeTrain Platform” Club Certificate, recognizing it as a local base for civilian preparedness and mental and physical strengthening.
  • The qualified instructor may receive an individual “WeTrain Platform” Instructor, Coach, or Mentor Certificate, recognizing his or her ability to deliver the program under the standards and direction of the platform.
  • Together, the club certificate and the individual certificate create a clear message for the public:
  • This club is part of a wider professional structure.
  • This instructor has been prepared to deliver more than ordinary training.
  • This program has a mission.

The “WeTrain Platform” also gives clubs a communication advantage. It allows them to speak to the public with a stronger message:

“Do not let anyone make you the victim.”

  • This message is not based on fear. It is based on responsibility.
  • The club can use the “WeTrain Platform” to promote seminars, women’s groups, family preparedness sessions, youth programs, community awareness events, corporate workshops, and specialized civilian strengthening programs.
  • This creates new educational values.
  • It also creates new business potential.
  • A club that joins the “WeTrain Platform” can develop new income streams while contributing to a serious social mission.
  • This balance is important.
  • The program must help society, but it must also give club owners and instructors a practical reason to invest their time, energy, and reputation.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” gives them that reason.
  • It gives them a program.
  • It gives them a mission.
  • It gives them a professional identity.
  • It gives them a way to become part of something larger than their own club.

The “Hishul Method” training programs are different, special, and unique because they combine practical experience, Israeli-based concepts, mental strengthening, physical preparedness, emotional resiliency, and real-world civilian security awareness.

  • The value is not only in what the instructor teaches, the value is in what the instructor becomes capable of transmitting:
  • Confidence.
  • Preparedness.
  • Responsibility.
  • Awareness.
  • Inner strength.

A club that becomes part of the WeTrain Platform can position itself as a serious contributor to the security culture of its community.

  • It can show that it is not only training people for sport, fitness, or competition, but helping them prepare for real life.
  • The final value is simple:
  • The instructor becomes stronger.
  • The club becomes more relevant.
  • The civilian population becomes better prepared.
The instructor pathway may also be supported by existing International Security Academy – Group instruction specialization programs, including Security & Protection Awareness & Preparedness Instructor and Protection & Counter-Terrorism Instruction Specialization, according to the final structure approved by ISA – Group.

The “WeTrain Platform” must be clear about important points:

  • Participation is not the same as certification.
  • Interest is not the same as recognition.
  • Enthusiasm is not the same as qualification.
  • A person may be interested in the “WeTrain Platform”.
  • A club may want to join the mission.
  • A professional may believe in the idea.
  • A sponsor may want to support the project.
  • A training provider may see the opportunity.

But none of these elements alone creates a certified “WeTrain Platform” Training Center.

  • The platform must protect its name, its doctrine, and its professional credibility; for this reason, the word membership must be used carefully, If membership is presented without clear structure, some people may misunderstand the project as a personal badge system, they may think that joining “WeTrain Platform” means receiving personal status, public recognition, or a logo to use immediately, that is not the purpose of the platform.

“WeTrain Platform” is not a badge-membership project, It is a structured training center platform based on doctrine, standards, methodology, instructor preparation, and professional continuity; The correct model should distinguish between different levels of participation.

  • The first level is Interested Contact, this is a person, club, instructor, professional, or organization that expresses interest in the platform but has not yet demonstrated the necessary structure, facility, female instructor candidate, or operational capacity.
  • An Interested Contact should receive information, guidance, and orientation; However, this status does not provide recognition, certification, or the right to present oneself as a “WeTrain Platform” Training Center.
  • The second level is the Candidate Promoter or Operator, this may be a man or woman who wants to create, support, finance, organize, or promote a “WeTrain Platform’s” activity but does not yet have all the required elements.
  • A Candidate Promoter or Operator may be a security professional, protection practitioner, martial arts instructor, entrepreneur, club owner, or local leader who understands the mission and wishes to build the conditions for a future center.
  • This person may help identify a club, prepare a facility, recruit a female instructor candidate, build local interest, and coordinate the first steps; However, this role is not the same as becoming the visible instructor of the women-led activity.
  • If the person is male, his contribution must be understood correctly, He may be the founder, sponsor, operator, organizer, or strategic promoter, but he must create the conditions for a qualified woman to lead the certified training activity.
  • The third level is the Candidate Training Center, This is an existing club, academy, facility, school, training company, or local provider willing to adopt the “WeTrain Platform” women-centered philosophy and prepare at least one female instructor under the official ISA / WeTrain methodology, This level is especially important because existing clubs already possess valuable infrastructure.
  • They may already have a training space.
  • They may already have students.
  • They may already have women, families, children, and community trust.
  • They may already have instructors who understand how to lead groups.
  • The fourth level is the Certified Female “WeTrain Platform’s” Instructor, this is the qualified female professional prepared through the official methodology to become the public and operational training figure inside the center, The Certified Female “WeTrain Plaform’s” Instructor is not merely a person who attends a short seminar.
  • She must be selected, prepared, trained, evaluated, and aligned with the doctrine of the platform.
  • She must understand the women-led mission.
  • She must understand civilian strengthening.
  • She must understand the “Hishul Method”.
  • She must understand awareness, prevention, behavior, emotional control, practical response, family safety, children, team building, solidarity, leadership, coaching, mentoring, and the responsibility of educating ordinary civilians without creating fear or aggression.
  • Her role is essential because she represents the difference between a normal training club and a “WeTrain Platform” Training Center.
  • The fifth level is the Certified “WeTrain Platform” Training Center, this is the club or training center officially recognized after meeting the required conditions, The minimum core condition should be clear:
  • A Certified “WeTrain Platform” Training Center must include at least one female instructor trained and certified through the official ISA / WeTrain methodology, Without this qualified female instructor, the center may be interested, may be a candidate, may be under development, or may be connected to the platform in a preliminary way, But it should not be presented as a fully certified “WeTrain Platfom’s” Training Center.
  • This distinction protects the public.
  • It protects the platform.
  • It protects serious clubs.
  • It protects the female instructor pathway.
  • It protects the reputation of ISA.
The “WeTrain Platform” does not need to build everything from zero, It should identify serious existing structures and upgrade them, A martial arts club, Krav Maga academy, self-defense school, sport club, fitness center, security training provider, or protection-related company may become a Candidate Training Center if it is willing to adopt the mission and prepare the correct instructor profile.

The recognition structure should therefore include two different but connected certificates.

  • The first recognition is the Training Center Certificate, this certificate recognizes the club, academy, school, facility, or training provider as a WeTrain Platform’s” Training Center or affiliated civilian preparedness base, It confirms that the center has accepted the mission, adopted the doctrine, and met the required conditions to deliver the program under the platform’s standards.
  • The second recognition is the Individual Female Instructor Certificate.
  • This certificate recognizes the qualified female instructor as a prepared “WeTrain Platform’s” Instructor, Coach, or Mentor, capable of delivering the program according to the official methodology and educational direction.
  • Together, these two recognitions create credibility.
  • The Training Center Certificate says:
  • This place is part of the “WeTrain Platform”.
  • The Female Instructor Certificate says:
  • This woman has been prepared to lead the training activity.
  • Both are necessary.
  • A club without a qualified female instructor does not fully represent the women-led training center model.
  • A female instructor without an approved training structure may still be qualified, but the center itself must also be recognized before it can present itself as an official “WeTrain Platform’s” Training Center.
  • This system allows the platform to grow without losing control.
  • It also allows serious operators, sponsors, and male professionals to participate in the correct way, A male professional who wants to join should not be rejected automatically, He should be guided.
  • If he has a club, he should be asked whether he is willing to prepare at least one female instructor under the WeTrain methodology.
  • If he does not have a club, he should be encouraged to connect with an existing martial arts club, Krav Maga school, sport club, self-defense academy, or training provider.
  • If he has financial capacity, he may sponsor the preparation of a female instructor.
  • If he has organizational capacity, he may help build the local structure.
  • If he has professional credibility, he may help open doors and promote the mission.
  • But he must understand the central principle:
  • He is not the superstar of the “WeTrain Platform” women-led model, but his value is measured by his ability to build, support, protect, and promote the structure that allows a qualified woman to lead.
  • This message must be communicated with respect, but with clarity, “WeTrain Platfom” needs serious people.
  • It does not need confusing expectations, It does not need ego, It does not need people who only want recognition, It needs clubs, operators, instructors, coaches, mentors, and local leaders who understand that the mission is bigger than personal status.
  • The platform should also give priority to existing clubs and associations.
  • Krav Maga clubs and associations are a natural priority because of their connection to Israeli training culture and their existing relationship with self-defense, security awareness, and civilian preparedness.
  • Martial arts and self-defense clubs are also strong candidates because they already have training discipline and community presence.
  • Sport clubs and functional training centers may also become relevant, especially when they already work with women, families, children, or community groups.
  • Security and protection professionals may become valuable participants if they understand that the “WeTrain Platform” is not only about protection identity, but about converting professional experience into civilian strengthening through a structured training center model.
  • Female instructor candidates are the heart of the system.

They must be identified, encouraged, prepared, and positioned as the educational leaders of the platform.

Existing instructors may say that they already teach Krav Maga, self-defense, women’s classes, or protection concepts.

The answer is simple:

  • “Hishul Method” is not only a technical course, but also not only about punching, kicking, escaping, or fighting, it is a wider doctrine and certification system under ISA standards.

      Its value includes:

  • Professional recognition under an international Israeli training authority.
  • A women-centered training methodology.
  • Instructor preparation beyond physical techniques.
  • Awareness and prevention education.
  • Behavior and communication training.
  • Family and children safety concepts.
  • Outdoor activity and team-building methods.
  • Solidarity and community strengthening.
  • Practical civilian preparedness.
  • A global platform identity instead of isolated local activity.
  • This is the added value of “WeTrain Platform’s doctrine!
  • The club does not lose its own method.

The instructor does not lose his or her own identity.

The platform adds doctrine, standards, recognition, educational direction, and a larger mission.
  • The participation pathway should therefore be simple:
  • First, the person or club expresses interest.
  • Second, the platform identifies the correct status.
  • Third, the candidate is guided toward the required structure.
  • Fourth, a serious female instructor candidate is selected or prepared.
  • Fifth, the instructor completes the required ISA / WeTrain Platform’s preparation.
  • Sixth, the center is evaluated for recognition.
  • Seventh, the female instructor and the center receive the appropriate certificates.
  • Eighth, both remain active through annual refreshment, professional continuity, and ongoing alignment with the platform.
  • This is how “WeTrain Platform” avoids becoming a loose network.
  • This is how “WeTrain Platform” avoids becoming a logo marketplace.
  • This is how “WeTrain Platform” protects its doctrine.
  • This is how “WeTrain Platform” builds credibility.
  • The final principle is clear:
  • “WeTrain Platform’s” status belongs to responsibility, not ego.
  • It belongs to centers that prepare civilians.
  • It belongs to instructors who are trained to lead.
  • It belongs to women who are ready to become visible educators of society.
  • It belongs to men and women who understand the mission and are willing to build it correctly.

A certified “WeTrain Platform” Training Center must be more than a club with a certificate on the wall.

  • It must be a local base for civilian strengthening.
  • It must be a place where women are prepared to lead.
  • It must be connected to ISA standards.
  • It must be guided by doctrine.
  • It must be maintained through continuity.
  • Only then can the public trust the name.
  • Only then can the platform grow.

Only then can WeTrain Platform” become what it is meant to become:

  • A professional network of women-led training centers capable of strengthening civilian society before crisis arrives.

The “WeTrain Platform” qualification and certification pathway is not designed as a one-time training experience; it is designed as a professional pathway.

The objective is to create Women instructors, coaches, mentors, and training clubs that can continue strengthening the civilian population over time, under a clear structure, with professional standards, continuous development, and annual refreshment.
  • Civilian preparedness cannot be built through a single event and then forgotten.
  • Preparedness requires repetition.
  • It requires practice.
  • It requires correction.
  • It requires development.
  • It requires continuity.
  • For this reason, the “WeTrain Platform” pathway begins with awareness and selection.
  • Interested clubs, instructors, coaches, mentors, and local training leaders must first understand the mission, the standards, and the responsibility connected to the program.
  • Not everyone who wants to join should automatically be accepted.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” must protect its name, its mission, and its professional credibility.
  • The first practical step should therefore be a preparatory suitability process.
  • This process allows the platform to evaluate whether the candidate has the correct attitude, mindset, communication ability, discipline, physical condition, leadership potential, and genuine desire to strengthen others.
  • The purpose of this suitability process is not to create “ninjas” in a few days.
  • The purpose is to identify the right people.
  • A “WeTrain Platform” instructor must be able to lead responsibly, communicate clearly, manage groups, understand pressure, respect the public, and represent the platform with maturity.
  • Technical capacity is important. But attitude and responsibility are even more important.
Once accepted into the pathway, the candidate may continue into instructor preparation, where he or she receives the “WeTrain Platform” concepts, methods, drills, tools, and educational framework required to deliver the program at club level.

This preparation should include both theoretical understanding and practical training.

The instructor must understand:

  • The ideology of the program.
  • The meaning of the “Hishul Method”.
  • The importance of civilian strengthening.
  • The central role of women.
  • The value of awareness and prevention.
  • The correct use of physical drills.
  • The responsibility of teaching ordinary civilians without creating fear, arrogance, or aggression.
  • At the end of the process, qualified candidates may receive individual recognition as “WeTrain Platform” instructors, coaches, or mentors.
  • In parallel, the participating club may receive recognition as a “WeTrain Platform” affiliated training club or civilian preparedness base, depending on the final structure approved by the platform.
  • This creates two levels of recognition.
  • The Club Certificate recognizes the training location as part of the “WeTrain Platform” and as an authorized local base for civilian preparedness, mental and physical strengthening, and security awareness education.
  • The Individual Certificate recognizes the instructor, coach, or mentor as a qualified “WeTrain Platform training leader”, prepared to deliver the program according to the methodology, standards, and mission of the platform.
  • Together, these two certificates create credibility.
  • They show that the club is not simply adding a commercial label.
  • They show that the instructor has been selected, prepared, and trusted to represent a serious civilian strengthening mission.
  • However, certification must not be treated as a final destination.
  • Certification is the beginning of responsibility.
  • Every “WeTrain Platform” instructor and affiliated club should be expected to maintain professional continuity through annual refreshment training, updates, evaluation, and continued alignment with the platform’s standards.
  • This annual refreshment is essential because the security reality changes.
  • Threats change.
  • Social behavior changes.
  • Training methods improve.
  • Instructors evolve.
  • The platform must evolve with them.
  • Annual refreshment also protects the quality of the program.
  • It ensures that instructors do not drift away from the methodology, distort the message, lower the standards, or reduce the “WeTrain Platform” into ordinary self-defense classes.
  • The objective is to maintain a professional living framework.
  • Clubs and instructors who remain active, aligned, and committed should continue receiving recognition, visibility, and access to future developments inside the “WeTrain Platform”.
  • Those who stop maintaining standards should not continue presenting themselves as active representatives of the program.
  • This is not punishment.
  • It is professional responsibility.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” name must represent credibility, seriousness, preparation, and trust.
  • The public must know that when they see a “WeTrain Platform” certificate, they are not looking at decorative paper.
  • They are looking at a commitment to standards, continuity, and serious civilian strengthening.

The final structure should therefore include:

  • A suitability phase.
  • An instructor preparation phase.
  • Club recognition.
  • Individual instructor certification.
  • Annual refreshment.
  • Continuous professional updates.
  • Ongoing alignment with the WeTrain Platform mission.
  • This structure allows the “WeTrain Platform” to grow without losing control.
  • It allows local clubs to remain independent while operating under a shared professional framework.
  • It allows instructors to become stronger over time.
  • And most importantly, it allows the civilian population to receive training from people who are not only enthusiastic, but properly selected, prepared, guided, and continuously upgraded.
The “WeTrain Platform” is not only about teaching people once, but also about building a long-term culture of preparedness.

  • The reality of security has changed, now training must change with it.
  • Europe does not need more passive concern. It needs prepared people, capable instructors, responsible clubs, and local training leaders who are willing to act before reality forces action upon them.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” is a wake-up call, it is an invitation to those who understand that hope and faith can help people overcome crisis, but real preparation requires action.
  • If you operate a martial arts club, sport club, self-defense school, security training center, or protection-related training activity, this is your opportunity to expand your mission and become part of a wider civilian strengthening movement.
  • Your club can become more than a place where people train.
  • It can become a local base for mental and physical strengthening, awareness, confidence, preparedness, and practical civilian resilience.
  • If you are an instructor, coach, mentor, protection practitioner, or community-minded leader, this is your opportunity to upgrade your role.
  • You can become part of a platform designed to give you the concepts, methods, drills, tools, and educational direction needed to strengthen others in a serious and professional way.
  • The future will not belong to those who wait.
  • It will belong to those who prepare.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” is looking for local patriot inhabitants, women and men, instructors, coaches, mentors, and club leaders who understand that civilian preparedness is no longer optional.
  • It is part of the responsibility of anyone who trains, educates, leads, or influences others.
  • This is not a political mission.
  • This is not a religious mission.
  • This is not a mission of fear.
  • It is a professional and human mission: to help civilians become stronger, more aware, more confident, and more capable of protecting themselves, their families, and their communities.
  • Do not let anyone make you the victim.
  • Do not let your club remain only a place of physical exercise when it can become a center of real preparation.
  • Do not wait for the next crisis to understand the value of training.
  • Join the “WeTrain Platform”.
  • Become part of a professional platform dedicated to mental and physical strengthening, security awareness, protection preparedness, Israeli tactical education, and practical civilian resilience.
  • Train people before they need it.
  • Strengthen them before fear controls them.
  • Prepare them before reality tests them.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” starts with instructors.
  • It grows through clubs.
  • It strengthens communities.
  • And it prepares society for the world that is already here.
  • Our training programs are different, special, and unique.
  • They provide each participant with an unforgettable practical experience.
  • They create instructors, coaches, mentors, and clubs capable of transmitting confidence, responsibility, awareness, and inner strength to the people who need it most.

The message is simple:

  • Be a leader.
  • Be an instructor.
  • Be a coach.
  • Be a mentor.
  • Train, strengthen, and prepare your civilian population.
  • Because the safest societies are not the ones that wait for rescue.
  • They are the ones that prepare their people before the crisis arrives.

A co-operative is an association of firms and individuals united voluntarily to meet, promote, and develop their common economic interests and social aspirations.

A co-operative platform may use a website, mobile application, digital protocol, or professional network structure to facilitate the promotion, coordination, and delivery of services provided by its members.

The “WeTrain Platform” is structured as such a co-operative.

It is built to serve as a global integration mechanism for Security & Protection training centers, martial arts clubs, sport clubs, self-defense schools, instructors, coaches, mentors, and training providers.

Its purpose is to allow these professionals and organizations to cooperate while maintaining their independence, identity, and operational control within their own local regions.

At the heart of the “WeTrain Platform” is a simple principle:

  • Every country has experienced locally rooted professionals who understand their own environment better than anyone else.
  • They understand the language.
  • They understand the culture.
  • They understand the streets.
  • They understand the behavior, mentality, risks, and concerns of their own communities.
  • These are local patriot inhabitants.
  • The “WeTrain Platform” connects them.
The platform does not exist only as a marketing tool. It exists as a professional co-operative  network designed to strengthen the security and training ecosystem, support civilian preparedness, and create trusted cross-border association between serious training providers.

Through this co-operative structure, local clubs and instructors can remain independent while becoming part of a wider international mission:

To strengthen civilian society through mental and physical preparedness,
security
awareness, protection education, and Israeli tactical training methodology.
